I haven't heard that guests are allowed/encouraged to move around (although from what Praying Colonel says it sounds like it does happen sometimes), so keep that mind as well. I've read (here on the Disboard) that La Hacienda often does not accept table request so you'll have to take the next available table regardless of where it is located. I would guess most folks that are seated at the prime window tables at 8:00 pm are going to stay for the show. While I don't know for sure, I would guess that you'll need to make an ADR for somewhere in the 7:00 to 7:30 pm range to have a chance at IllumiNations window table. My guess says that the folks that are still seated at 8:45 pm are going to remain seated until after IllumiNations. If you are going to request a window table, make sure to request an IllumiNations viewing window table because there are window tables that face the wrong direction and have no view of the show. Only a very few tables have an outstanding view, some have an okay/obstructed view, and some have no view at all. ![]() Inside the lights are dimmed and the music is piped in.La Hacienda is one of those places where you might have an excellent view of IllumiNations, but you might also have no view of IllumiNations at all. The restaurant also provides a great view of Illuminations both inside and outside. Reservations are currently being accepted for dining beginning October 15th.Įntrees run about $25 on the dinner menu and $11 on the counter service menu. Guests can secure a patio seat by purchasing the Rose & Crown Fireworks Dining Package, which comes with a prix-fixe menu of Rose & Crown favorites and a guaranteed table by the lagoon. The opening time for lunch has not been determined yet. The patio, on the other hand, has a fantastic view of EPCOT’s World Showcase Lagoon. Dinner service begins at 4p every night and goes until 9p (or 10p during Extra Magic Hours nights). Dinner is table service at La Hacienda with indoor seating while La Cantina continues counter service. The place is well known for the Illuminations event, a fireworks festival, which starts at 9 pm. Lunch is counter service only at La Cantina but guests can sit outside or inside. The new location is open for lunch and dinner. Im wondering if this particular place is good with their timing for seating and with service and food. I havent been to WDW in a few years so I cant remember how good they are at honoring your actual reservation time. Last year, we were second row and the people next to the window were awesome. Which has a better chance.7:00 or 8:30pm reservation My son has special needs and the noise bothers him so he cant want it outside. Throughout the event samplers of the appetizers and entrees were passed out as well as samples of their various margaritas. I was only able to get a 7:30 reservation for La Hacienda. We want to make sure we get a window seat Illuminations. ![]() ![]() In addition to the media, the event was attended by invited guests of San Angel.
